Cathleen is a 15 year resident of the North Shore. Prior to living in Lake Bluff/Lake Forest, she resided in Chicago and she is originally from the East Coast. Cathleen graduated from Boston College in Massachusetts with a B.A. in Business Management and is a member of the Boston College Chicago Chapter Alumni Association. Well traveled throughout the US and Europe, Cathleen's international and cultural experiences, coupled with her professionalism and vivacious personality, are what drives her to do more for her clients. Her passion and energy for helping her clients navigate through the home buying process is one of her key attributes and is why her clients trust her, like her, and want to refer business to her. As a sales specialist in residential single family condo and townhome sales on the North Shore and Chicago, Cathleen was Evanston Broker of the Month in April 2007. A skilled negotiator and each transaction is closed with integrity. Because of her outstanding customer service, she has earned the designation and completed the Quality Service Certification. A member of the Lincoln Park Zoo Adopt an Animal program, member of Chicago Dachshund Lovers Club, Boston College Spirituality Group, member of the National Association of Realtors, member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, she is proactive in community and church events. Cathleen loves to exercise at the health club, walk to the lake, swim and cook with her daughter and loves to dine out! A current resident of Evanston, Cathleen is a single and proud mom of a 12 year old girl.
