David Horwich started his career in residential real estate with sales totaling over 34 million dollars. He quickly moved to commercial real estate, a new sector of development for Prudential Rubloff in Chicago.
Working throughout Lake,Will, DuPage, and Cook County, and specializing in warehouses, land sales, multi-family, and mixed-use, has resulted in sales of over 137 million dollars.
David has become the most referred broker for commercial properties, receiving referrals currently from all 14 Prudential Rubloff offices in the greater Chicagoland area.
He received a bachelor of arts degree from Drake University in Des Moines Iowa. After graduation, he started a direct mail company that included such clients as American Airlines, MCI, United Airlines and American Express.
David’s marketing and negotiating background has been the key reason he continues to be successful in today’s challenging market.
