David is a full time Real Estate Broker with 7 years of experience working with first time homebuyers, veteran homeowners, builders, & real estate investors.   During those 7 years, David has completed traditional sales & short sales, as well as assisted buyers in the SUCCESSFUL purchase of foreclosure properties.  David has obtained his Broker designation as a Short Sale Foreclosure Resource to further his success in the continuing Short Sale marketplace.

Prior to choosing Real Estate as his career, David spent 20+ successful years in the Sales and Customer Service Industry.
