A native Chicagoan, Harry has been in the real estate business for more than 20 years. Harry began his real estate career as a successful commercial REALTOR® and industrial real estate broker. Harry negotiated many commercial and retail leases as well as industrial sales and lease contracts. This provided him with the experience that has proven invaluable in negotiating the best pricing for his current home buyers and sellers.

He also has years of experience rehabbing condominiums, single family homes and apartment buildings. This experience assists him in gauging costs of new construction and rehab work for his clients right on the spot. He also personally invests in real estate in the areas his clients are purchasing or selling. Furthermore, he can provide his customers with great information on both city and private schools in Chicago.
