In April 2008, Joanne joined the new Lincoln Park office of Prudential Preferred Properties (now Prudential Rubloff). She was appointed Vice-President and has gone on to continue her illustrious career as one of Chicago’s top-producing residential realtors, finishing the year with over $46 million in sales again. Despite the challenges of today’s market, Joanne is a powerful player in Chicago real estate. She has taken her commitment to her clients to another level and Joanne’s impressive sales record contradicts the marketplace. Armed with experience, knowledge and a positive attitude, she excels as an advocate for buyers and sellers alike. As a native Chicagoan and an active member of the Lincoln Park Community, Joanne prides herself on her knowledge of the city and its real estate market. Within the first five years of her career, Joanne was the youngest recipient of the “Founder’s Award” for selling over $100 million in real estate. She is a regular contributor to articles in several business and industry publications, including Crain’s and Chicago Agent. Named “Megabroker of the Midwest” by Unique Homes early in her career, she has been the recipient of countless awards and honors, both locally and nationally.

Prior to launching a stellar career in real estate, Joanne practiced law. She holds a business degree from Indiana University and a law degree from DePaul University. Her legal education and experience has proven beneficial in negotiations.
