Josh has a wide range of experience with both buyers and sellers with condominiums, single family homes, and muti-million dollar investment & commercial properties. Josh believes that honesty, knowledge of the marketplace, superior marketing & exposure, correct pricing, and most of all hard work are what set real estate agents apart, and ultimately what sell real estate in any market.

Originally from Ohio, Josh moved to Chicago in 2000 and has been in the real estate industry since 2002. He spent the first two years in the rental segment, getting his feet wet and learning Chicago’s neighborhoods and building types. Josh was licensed in 2003, and has been with the Lowe Group since 2005.

Josh, his wife, and their dog Sasha reside in the Lakeview neighborhood. They enjoy travelling, hiking/climbing/biking/canoeing the outdoors, SCUBA diving, and photography. They are also active with the Chicago Canine Rescue, where they regularly foster and train rescued dogs.
