She successfully completed the MBA program at Roosevelt University, specializing in Marketing. Urai puts that knowledge to work and help her clients sell and buy in a challenging environment. Prior to real estate, Urai used her degree to create a successful worldwide jewelry import/export business. As Urai saw the real estate market in Chicago stating to explode, she purchased a commercial property to complement her residential real estate. She is a savvy investor, and understands the concept of leveraging equity to purchase additional investment properties.
