A professional opera singer for 15 years, Carol Ann combines a diverse background and unique perspective to the upper bracket market. A rare combination of being multi-lingual (fluent in Italian, conversant in French and German), accreditation from the National Association of Realtors as an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and the unique experience of living abroad and performing for opera companies and symphony orchestras world wide all combine to make Carol Ann excel at the luxury home market in Chicago's Gold Coast and Lincoln Park neighborhoods.

Active in professional organizations, Carol Ann is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors, REBAC (Real Estate Buyers Action Council), FIABCI (Federation of International Property Specialists) and has been a guest speaker on the panel of "Real Estate All Stars" at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business. Carol Ann also serves on the Professional Standards Grievance Board of the Chicago Association of Realtors, and is a REALTOR representative on the City of Chicago Re-Zoning Sub Committee of the Chicago Association of Realtors.

A graduate of the Governor's School of North Carolina, Carol Ann also holds a Bachelor of Music Degree in Vocal Performance from Stetson University in DeLand, FL and a Master of Music Degree in Vocal Performance from the prestigious Indiana University School of Music.

Delighting in the responsibility of raising a child in a downtown city environ, Carol Ann has first hand knowledge of the public and private school choices available in the City of Chicago.
