David Adams joined the Mario Greco Group in May 2004. David comes to real estate after a successful career in technology with companies of varying size from 25 to 7000 employees managing software testing efforts and teams. He worked his way through school catering for a very small catering company in all capacities of the business.

David's past experience, enthusiasm, and work ethic has helped him to be a collaborator with his customers. He works through all aspects of a transaction with his clients, keeping the process on track and well-communicated to all parties involved.

The majority of David's business is helping buyers find new homes. He has extensive experience with new and out-of-town buyers and enjoys explaining, exploring, and showing new neighborhoods. Another part of his business is helping developers with land and building acquisition. These two aspects of David's business complement each other well.

David, his wife, Kate, and two children, Henry and Lucy, have recently moved to Oak Park after 10+ years on the North Side of Chicago. They are excited about their new move and look forward to all aspects and benefits of Oak Park and the surrounding towns.
