For the past six out of seven years, Judy has been the top agent in sales volume in Prudential Rubloff's South Loop Office. She was the top selling agent on the State Place Development during Prudential Rubloff's tenure as the project Sales Representatives.

Judy attributes her successful sales career to providing her clients with outstanding service and has been awarded the Quality Service Certified Platinum Award for Excellence for 2006, 2007 and 2008. This achievement is based on measurable results validated by her clients denoting perfect service delivery and client satisfaction.

Judy has lived in Chicago for over 30 years living in the Lincoln Park, Old Town and DePaul neighborhoods before becoming one of the pioneers in the South Loop in 1979! She has seen Chicago's South Loop, Printer's Row, West Loop and Downtown areas transform from a primarily commercial area to vibrant and exciting residential communities.

Judy keeps a close watch on new construction development and resales and has a keen knowledge of market values. This gives her a unique hands-on edge not shared by many in her field, directly benefiting both sellers and buyers.
