For the last 12 years, Karoline has managed the marketing and advertising for some of the top developments in the City of Chicago including Trump Chicago, The Elysian, The Ambassador, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Chicago, amongst many others. She currently works on the Sales and Marketing of Lincoln Park 2520, a new luxury building in the heart of Lincoln Park.

As the Director of Luxury and Development Marketing at Prudential Rubloff and Koenig & Strey, Karoline worked to create award-winning marketing programs and provide a competitive marketing edge in the marketplace. Working on over 400 different projects during her tenure, Karoline oversaw the markeing and advertising process from inception to completion. A Broker since 2002, Karoline sells high-end, custom single family homes in partnership with her husband's building firm, Eigel Builders.

Karoline lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago with her designer/buildler husband, Jeff and their three children. With a BA in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in vocal performance from Ithaca College, Karoline enjoys all outdoor sports, singing and hanging out with her family.
