Harry’s investment in the properties he sells is significant. Before placing a home on the market, he works with the sellers to fully optimize the presentation of their home, to identify their target group of buyers, to develop an aggressive marketing plan and to analytically assess the current market value. In addition, Harry supervises the preparation of all marketing materials including home brochures, fliers (which are mailed out to his marketing base of more than 300 individual homes), floor plan preparation, photography and virtual tour photography taken. Once the home is listed, he offers a professional mix of high-quality print and Internet-based advertising, as well as feedback after each showing – Harry realizes the importance of each showing request and is always fully prepared to present the home at its best.

Harry is carrying on his family’s tradition of being an entrepreneur as well as a creative thinker. He was raised in a family which prided itself on running a successful family business, spanning three generations, starting with his great grandfather. Over time, the business evolved and was reinvented due to the forward thinking of his family. This real life experience during Harry’s upbringing has properly trained him to be self-motivated and to consistently create novel ideas to accomplish specific goals. Harry attended Purdue University, where he was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, worked for Ford Motor Company in management and then had a successful sales career in the medical industry. He is passionate about exercising, running, traveling, painting, architecture and design, friends and family, his wife Carolynn and daughter Jillian.

Harry’s love of Chicago runs beyond the real estate he sells. His strong commitment is apparent from his active role as a member of the Auxiliary Board of the Lincoln Park Zoo and a member of the Guild Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago.  In addition, Harry has volunteered his time to the Mercy Home for Boys and Girls.
