Julie has been a top producer in luxury real estate since she started her career in 1992. Her first listing was a $2 million home and she was named rookie of the year her first year in the business. Julie focuses on luxury residences in Lincoln Park and the Gold Coast and she consistently averages $15 to $20 million in annual sales.

Julie initially built her clientele working for 10 years in Koenig and Strey’s Gold Coast office. She then headed Baird & Warner’s Luxury Marketing Division. In 2003 Julie decided that in order to better serve her high end clients, she needed the cache of a boutique real estate firm specializing in high end properties and came to Prudential Rubloff.

Julie has developed a loyal clientele from among the who’s who in Chicago’s business community. She is at home dealing with CEO’s and corporate leaders. Julie understands that confidentiality is the key to strong client relationships.

Julie’s philanthropic and community interests include: Joffrey Ballet of Chicago Women’s Board, Rush-Presbyterian Children’s Hospital Leadership Committee, Chicago City Day School Committee, St. Chrysostom’s Day School Auction Committee, and she is Director of Membership on the Board of The Women’s Athletic Club of Chicago. Her social memberships include The Women’s Athletic Club of Chicago and The Saddle and Cycle Club. Julie is also very involved in University of Chicago Lab School.

Julie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University (SMU), majoring in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science. She was a member of the Tri-Delta sorority.
