Keith moved to Chicago in 1997 to join ConAgra Foods, a Fortune 500 consumer products company where Keith served as Director of Marketing, running brands with over $300 million in annual sales, and multi-million dollar advertising and promotion budgets.
In 2005, Keith’s love of real estate led him to acquire his first real estate company, a luxury condominium development which he revitalized and sold one year later for a 120% increase in value. In the following years, and during the height of the market's turmoil, Keith’s real estate companies purchased and sold more than $9 million of high-end condominiums and single family homes in the Lincoln Park and Lakeview neighborhoods, averaging an increase in property value of over 80%.
In 2010, with a rapidly growing brokerage client base, Keith joined Prudential Rubloff Properties, Chicago’s #1 Luxury Real Estate firm, to ensure his clients received the best possible marketing, advertising and customer service available today. In 2011, while the overall Chicago market declined by more than 14%, Keith’s sales increased by 61%, placing him as a top-level producer in the city. In 2012, Keith's sales increased another 50%, and he earned the prestigious President's Circle Award, given to only the Top 3% of over 850 brokers at Prudential Rubloff Properties.
