Keith Wilkey is a highly accomplished real estate and marketing professional who is a proven expert at buying and selling, for optimal prices, high-end residential property in Chicago's most sought-after neighborhoods. Keith is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Guild, a designation earned based upon his track record of success selling some of Chicago's most expensive properties.  A resident of Chicago for more than 15 years, Keith came to Real Estate by way of Marketing and Finance.  Keith moved to Chicago in 1997 to join ConAgra Foods, a Fortune 500 consumer products company where Keith served as Director of Marketing, running brands with over $300 million in annual sales, and multi-million dollar advertising and promotion budgets.

In 2005, Keith’s love of real estate led him to acquire his first real estate company, a luxury condominium development which he revitalized and sold one year later for a 120% increase in value.  Over the past several years, and during the height of this tumultuous market, Keith’s real estate companies have purchased and sold more than $9 million of high-end condominiums and single family homes in the Lincoln Park and Lakeview neighborhoods, averaging an increase in property value of over 80%.

In 2010, with a rapidly growing client base, Keith joined Prudential Rubloff Properties, Chicago’s #1 Luxury Real Estate Brokerage, to ensure his clients received the best possible marketing, advertising and customer service available today.  In 2011, while the overall Chicago market declined by more than 14%, Keith’s sales increased by 61%, placing him as a top-level producer in the city.

Keith’s ability to grow and thrive in today’s challenging real estate market is a direct result of his extensive marketing and finance background, as well as his vast market knowledge, unrelenting attention to detail, tireless work ethic, and innate ability to bring parties together to get deals done.
