Pat began her real estate career in 1981. Her success and proven leadership skill soon led to positions in management where her strong commitment to helping both new and experienced sales associates build a thriving real estate business and reach ever higher levels resulted in taking her office from #29 out of 30 to #1 in five years. Along the way, Pat won awards for recruiting, relocation, business development and home services, and she served on the company’s Manager Advisory Council. She joined the Michigan Avenue office of Prudential Rubloff as its manager with the determination to create a premier office where a collaborative spirit is fostered and superior performance is pursued. A walk through the beautiful new state-of-the-art branch office is proof that her mission is being achieved.
