Richard’s residential and development sales experience range from Condominiums, townhomes, single family homes and lofts. With 16 years experience as an agent, he is well versed and knowledgeable about Chicago’s many different neighborhoods. Richard represents both buyers and sellers and provides a high level of informed, personable real estate service to his clients.

Richard was formerly appointed by the Chicago Association of Realtors as chairman of the Chicago Cares community event, which helps restore Chicago Public schools and city parks.
