Rick’s mission as manager of Mag Mile is to help his sales associates build their business by effectively using all of the tools and resources available to them through the Prudential Real Estate network. Whether he is training a recruit new to the business, or coaching an experienced agent in how to grow their business, Rick’s patient, collaborative approach ensures that every person is listened to and helped to devise a strategy that will work for their individual style and strengths. With a background in psychology and film. Rick managed camera departments in the motion picture industry where he brought together teams of people with many diverse skills and backgrounds. He trained new technicians and mentored their careers. He was a guest instructor at Columbia College on advanced film techniques. Anyone who knows Rick quickly comes to understand his sincere willingness to help others.

Cross country motorcycle riding, sporting clay, home improvements and tennis are among Rick’s interests. He and his wife, Amy, have two young children; Isabelle and Ryland.
