Todd Vitale, a long-time resident of Chicago, has been both a licensed real estate agent and residential rental consultant for many years with one of Chicago’s premier Real Estate Offices. During that time, Todd has developed a name for himself and a loyal clientele, consisting mainly from referrals. He has expertise in the Gold Coast, River North, Loop, Lincoln Park, Lake View as well as the North side of the City. When working with first-time home buyers, he truly enjoys the experience of showing homes to eager clients and guiding them through the intricate process from start to finish. Todd has a keen understanding of the sensitive details which encompass the real estate transaction and listen carefully to what his buyers want.

Also having many successful short sales under his belt, he knows his way around in a difficult market and has adapted accordingly. Providing information in a sensitive manor to any seller that might have found themselves in financial difficulty a "light at the end of the tunnel" approach and comfort in knowing he will get the job done.
