Michael Pierson, is the ultimate Chicago real estate success story. In two short decades his tireless work has led him to his current position--President and Chairman of Prudential Rubloff Properties, one of America's top real estate companies. He is a highly energetic entrepreneur.

Today, Pierson leads Prudential Rubloff who has nearly 900 professional agents and employees who work in multiple locations in Chicago, North Shore communities, Dupage County and Harbor Country, Michigan. Pierson began his career at Arthur Andersen and Company upon graduating from Purdue University. He then moved to IBM Corporation where he began a successful sales career. Upon entering real estate in 1985, he quickly became a top producer selling $25 million annually. Soon, Pierson became Broker/Owner of DuPage County's prestigious Seery & Keim Realtors. GMAC Real Estate acquired the firm after 15 years of accelerated growth in 2000. Michael was promoted in 2002 to Senior Vice President and Gold Coast Branch Manager. In four short years, Pierson grew the Michigan Avenue office to over $1 Billion in annual sales. Under his leadership, the office was ranked 2nd nationally in closed gross commission income and volume. Pierson was highly instrumental in securing the exclusive marketing agreement for the Trump International Hotel and Tower --Chicago's 92 Story Glass Landmark. Pierson has worked with numerous developments and possesses exceptional marketing and strategy skills. He has quickly positioned Prudential Rubloff as Chicago's premier development marketing experts for sales and consulting services. In 2005, Pierson was named Executive Vice President and General Sales Manager at Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate. He oversaw 17 locations and all branch office operations. Later in 2005, Pierson received GMAC's prestigious most valuable employee award among thousands of national candidates.

In 2007, Pierson and his business partner, Chris Eigel acquired Prudential Preferred Properties -- a Chicago residential brokerage firm with 8 locations and approximately 200 sales professionals. The two wasted no time in growing the firm in 2 short years to almost 500 professionals. They also acquired the Winnetka boutique firm Village Green Realty and launched Sterling Title services and a highly successful mortgage joint venture. In September of 2009, Prudential Preferred Properties merged with the highly regarded firm, Rubloff Residential Properties. Prudential Rubloff was formed as an independently owned and operated organization. Prudential Rubloff has been awarded the prestigious Gibraltar Circle Award for the top 50 affiliates nationally. Pierson is an admired motivational speaker and has spoken on numerous industry topics at various national and regional conferences and events.
