Donna’s reputation as Rubloff’s number 1 producer in 2007, 2008 & 2009 and her position in the top 1% of agents in the entire Southwestern Michigan MLS for several years tends to precede her. However, the unique characteristics which have enabled her to earn this stature in the real estate industry are less well known.

A born and bred Chicagoan, Donna’s love of Harbor Country ignited 20 years ago when she was first introduced to the area. Not long thereafter, Donna made Harbor Country her permanent residence. With a B.A. from Bradley University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Loyola, Donna enjoyed a long and successful career at the top of the advertising world before trying her hand at real estate.

Thirteen years in the industry have honed Donna’s real estate skills and savvy. Not only was Donna integral to the opening and success of Rubloff’s Harbor Country office, she has remained an invaluable asset to the company. Licensed in Michigan and Indiana, Donna specializes in lakefront properties spanning the beach communities from Beverly Shores, IN., to South Haven, MI. and is an expert when it comes to knowing the nuances of the various communities along the lake. It’s these nuances that enable her to match buyers and sellers quickly and seemingly effortlessly.

In addition to her professional designations (GRI and ABR) and extensive knowledge, Donna is a pleasure to work with, which is evidenced by her consistent receipt of the highest rating for client satisfaction (Quality Service Certificate). This esteemed acknowledgement is partially attributable both to Donna’s insight into people and her ability to really listen to them. Lastly, Donna has recently completed the construction of her own home. This has given her a knowledge of and appreciation of the design and building process which has been instrumental in advising clients as they evaluate new construction.

Notwithstanding her demanding career, Donna maintains a healthy balance in her life by devoting quality time to the pursuit of her many hobbies. Donna is an avid perennial gardener as well as water color painter. She also actively engages in yoga, horseback riding, and scouring local antique markets for hidden treasures. Donna’s sprightly Terrier-mix shelter pup, Buster, continues to bring love and humor into each day.
