David has worked in the real estate industry since 1989 after graduating from the Business School at the University of Michigan. Throughout his career, he has managed offices which have experienced growth primarily as a result of coaching the agents. As a former top producer and as a manager and leader, David has developed an approach to the real estate business that focuses on creating fans one relationship at a time. “To be relevant, you have to take time to understand the agent’s value that they bring to their clients. You also have to understand their unique strengths, in an effort to help them focus on the activities which give them the best results.”
