Gretchen realized her passion for real estate at the age of 19 when she purchased her first home. Since that time, Gretchen has bought and sold many homes and even tried her hand at rehabbing several of these homes which she found to be a very rewarding and enjoyable experience. In addition, her expertise in new construction and high-end luxury real estate enables her to guide clients through a diverse and challenging real estate marketplace.

Gretchen began her professional career as a Physical Therapist and has worked in virtually all health care settings and still maintains an active license. After residing in the western suburbs of Chicago for several years, she transitioned her professional skills to real estate with a discerning eye for both quality and potential. A consummate professional, Gretchen’s clients value her warm demeanor, commitment and enthusiasm. Gretchen specializes in the western suburbs of Chicago including the villages of: Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, Burr Ridge, Western Springs, La Grange and Oak Brook. Her experience leads her to be a valuable asset to clients who range from those looking at new construction to that special rehab project of the older home that needs a loving hand to the dream property in the luxury real estate market. In addition to her time spent in real estate, Gretchen is involved in a variety of organizations including the National Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, American Physical Therapy Association, Arthritis Foundation, Hinsdale Historical Society, and the Hinsdale Central Boosters Club. She also serves as an active board member in the Hinsdale Junior Women’s Club, which is a local leader in volunteer and philanthropic service.

Gretchen graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri at Columbia with a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy and summa cum laude with a Masters of Business Administration from Friends University. Gretchen resides in Hinsdale with her husband Scott and her 3 sons, Forrester, Blake and Zane. She enjoys traveling, collecting wine, mountain biking, skiing, playing golf and tennis, attending athletic events and concerts, investing in real estate and dining in or out with friends and family.
