Carolyn's knowledge of construction and renovation is also a very valuable asset to clients. Carolyn and her family have moved 17 times over the years and she and her husband have built 3 homes and completely renovated 9 homes. Kelly and her family have moved 10 times. We are knowledgeable of construction costs and the most current trends in building and renovating. We are empathetic to what all sellers have to go through to get a house ready to show.
