Rosemary Duffy has been a resident of Northbrook for over 30 years and a North Shore REALTOR® since 1986. She is an experienced marketing specialist with detailed knowledge of the North Shore area and the local real estate marketplace. Her goal is to bring her experience and knowledge to her clients, so that they will feel satisfied that they have made the best decisions with their real estate transactions.

In addition to having her Illinois Broker’s License, Rosemary has earned the advanced realty designations of GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Through continuing education, she also has earned the designation of Relocation Specialist. Rosemary has had advanced training in the legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions. She remains dedicated to her vision of superior quality service and has earned the Prudential Real Estate Certificate of Excellence for sales production. She is a member of the President's Circle which is awarded to the top 2% of Prudential Real Estate REALTORS® nationwide.

Rosemary has a BS degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Before having her family of four daughters, she worked in genetics research at Chicago’s Children’s Memorial Hospital. Her scientific background has given her a keen understanding of the importance of thoroughness and attention to detail, and her clients will vouch that she brings this understanding to all aspects of her real estate work.
