"Sheryl is not only a highly qualified professional for the traditional real estate market, but has become an expert in traversing the current path of short sales, new mortgage restrictions, etc. My husband and I decided to take advantage of the reduced prices and purchase a condo in downtown Chicago as a second home. We contacted Sheryl who had recently found a ‘steal’ for a mutual friend’s son and presented her with listings we found on line. She immediately responded with knowledgeable data on the financial ‘health’ of the buildings and associations, quickly ruling out those that were not sound.
