Passionate about her profession, Sue Teper is a seasoned, energetic residential real estate broker. She has been a Chicago-area resident for 29 years and a Realtor for 24 years, specializing in serving clients on the North Shore. To help her serve the varying needs of her clients, Sue teams up with her partner who covers the Lincoln Park, Lakeview, River North and Gold Coast neighborhoods of Chicago.

Sue is a natural when it comes to working with people to handle their real estate transactions. Her goal is to see that each client experiences complete satisfaction. Sue is known for providing personalized attention to her clients and is in constant communication with them throughout the buying and selling process. She understands that home buying is a huge decision both financially and emotionally. Being readily available, returning phone calls and e-mails quickly, and staying fluent in the latest technology is how Sue ensures that every client gets the exceptional service they deserve.

The key to Sue’s success has been her strong negotiating skills. Clients have always appreciated her genuine honesty and integrity, along with her in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of today’s real estate negotiations. Sue spent most of her real estate career with Rubloff Residential Real Estate, which has been widely considered to be the top brokerage firm for exclusive properties. When Prudential and Rubloff joined forces, Sue embraced the opportunity to work with a company that is one step ahead of the competition in regards to technology and service.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Sue’s prior professional background includes positions in chain sales for Bacardi Imports, hotel and restaurant division, covering four states. In her free time, Sue is an avid tennis player and volunteers with various organizations in her community. She and her husband, daughter and son live in Northbrook.
