About Brad
The Brad Lippitz Group, one of Chicago’s top performing real estate agent teams, joined Rubloff Residential Properties (now Prudential Rubloff) in May, 2009. Founded by Brad Lippitz in 1994, The Brad Lippitz Group includes 6 sales associates who serve their clients out of the office on North Broadway.
Brad concentrates on selective properties throughout the city from high end coops in the Gold Coast, significant Lincoln Park single family homes, one-of-a-kind lofts in Wicker Park and River West, and vintage homes and new construction in Lakeview and Andersonville. “The common thread in all of the properties I represent,” Lippitz contends, “is quality, uniqueness and superb aesthetics.”
Lippitz has a depth of experience few real estate agents can match. A Chicago native, Brad has lived with his family in Lakeview for years. He grew up in the city, and later on the North Shore – in Glencoe. He graduated from University of Illinois with a BS in Marketing and the University of Chicago Law School. Brad practiced real estate and corporate law for many years before opening up his own real estate brokerage. An accomplished artist and designer in his own right, his background and love of Chicago, and life experience have given him a strong appreciation for both the business and legal side of real estate as well as an uncanny sense for good design and architecture. He is involved in politics and has served on the boards of numerous organizations.
As a broker, he steadily gained prominence in the Chicago area and has been one of the top–selling brokers in Chicago for fifteen years. His clients get the full benefit of his legal background and business acumen as well as a deep understanding of the real estate in Chicago's various neighborhoods.
