Before entering the real estate profession, Merle realized success as a manufacturer representative in the gift and toy industry. As the vital link between manufacturer and the retailer, she developed outstanding communication and negotiating skills. Today, Merle uses those skills to evaluate the many details involved in the real estate contract and then guide her buyers and sellers through the negotiation process from first offer to signed agreement.

A Chicago native and graduate of the University of Chicago High School, Merle also earned a BA degree in Education from Roosevelt University and an MA degree in Marketing and Management from Webster University.
