As a native Chicagoan, Kathy is a wonderful resource person for the entire Northern Illinois area. She has won numerous awards throughout her successful 25 year real estate career. These include being nominated as Realtor of the Year by the Realtor Association of West/South Suburban Chicagoland as well as being honored in “Who’s Who in Illinois Real Estate” for over fourteen years. She holds a Brokers license and is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) as well as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Negotiation Consultant (CNC), Certified Staging Consultant (CSC), and Short Sale & Foreclosure Specialist (SFR) which help to place her in the top 2% of Realtors nationally. She has served on numerous Association committees and is currently a member the Professional Standards Committee to assist in upholding ethical standards for the industry. Her abundant networking opportunities with diverse professional groups also benefit her clients.

Prior to beginning her real estate career, Kathy taught in the Chicago Public Schools. She currently lives in Glen Ellyn with her husband and has three grown children and two grandchildren. She is very active in many community groups including her Church, American Association of University Women, Glenbard South Boosters, and Loyola University Alumni Assn. Her hobbies include watching all Chicago sports teams, traveling, reading, the Arts, and politics.
