J. Haakon Knutson is a Chicago native with an extensive background in real estate sales, leasing, marketing and management. Haakon graduated from DePauw University in Indiana and attended Loyola University School of Law where he received his law degree. Several years after law school he started a full-service real estate management company for both residential and commercial properties. Haakon is a licensed IL attorney and is still active in the management field, bringing a wide breadth of real estate experience and knowledge to the table.

Haakon lives in Lincoln Park and in his free time volunteers for several charity organizations, including doing pro bono work for the Chicago Legal Referral Program (CARPLS). He also enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
