Nancy Nugent is recognized as a leading expert on Chicago luxury real estate. Nancy’s expertise in understanding and marketing to high-end clientele has been sought by leading developers and architects. She is perhaps best known for her lead role on the sales and marketing team of the spectacular Chicago luxury property Park Tower, termed “the tower of power” by Crain’s Chicago Business, a $350 million development above the flagship Park Hyatt Hotel. She has also been instrumental in the marketing and sales success of such high-profile properties as 340 on the Park, the first LEED-certified residential tower in the Midwest. She was the sales leader for the award-winning Residences on Lake Shore Park, consisting of 250 E. Pearson, The Belvedere and 840 North Lake Shore Drive. With a sales volume of over $50 million a year for the past several years, Nancy is selected by the most discerning clientele. Her keen understanding of the marketplace and creativity have frequently helped clients to win top dollar for their properties and increased values relative to competition. Nancy tends to develop long-term relationships with her clients, representing them as buyers or sellers over time, since her perceptions of their tastes and concerns and extensive knowledge of area properties saves them time and money, and they enjoy the experience of working with her.

Nancy’s ability to consistently produce a high volume of sales over the years has resulted in recognition of top honors such as the President’s Club and Founders’ Club of Koenig & Strey, as well as twice winning the Sales Award for largest single unit sale. And in 2007 Nancy received a Certificate of Achievement Award from The Related Companies for her performance as Top Producer. All of these accolades are the result of her commitment to serving her clients with enthusiasm, integrity and expertise.

Nancy has been featured as an authority on real estate trends by NBC Nightly News. She was identified as a top broker by Crain’s Chicago Business, and as a Megabroker of the Midwest” by Unique Homes magazine. Her ideas and expertise have been featured in the real estate pages of The Chicago Tribune and Chicago Magazine. Her home at 840 North Lake Shore Drive was featured in a cover story in Midwest Home Chicago in 2007.

Nancy is presently affiliated with Prudential Rubloff Properties as a Broker Associate. She is honored to be on the board of directors of the prestigious The Actors Company Theatre (TACT) of New York City, an organization dedicated to presenting neglected plays of literary merit. She is active in the local community as a board member of Friends of the Parks, a parks advocacy group. Nancy holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati and a dual master’s degree from Xavier University in Library Science and Communications. She is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker and qualifies as CRS and GRI, real estate industry professional designations.
