Lisa has fifteen years of experience in sales and contract negotiations. She is driven by the challenge of helping her clients achieve their real estate goals, assisting them with her thorough and tenacious approach to each transaction. Many of her clients view real estate as not only a place to call home, but also as an integral part of their overall investment strategy.

Lisa has worked extensively with builders in single family conversions and income-generating properties. She has successfully invested in properties in Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Ravenswood and Lincoln Square. Her knowledge of real estate and development is further enhanced by her ten year experience with her husband, a builder and owner of Borelli Homes. His skills often provide additional resources to Lisa's clients through presale property "spruce up" as well as possible post sale renovation / updating. Lisa and her husband work as a team providing the seamless approach to finding the right property and updating it to meet a new owner's needs.

She has a diverse understanding of real estate. On the buying side she listens intently to the needs of her clients and tailors each property search to meet those needs. She has aided clients in finding and securing property throughout Chicago including everything from 1-2 bedroom condominiums, Single Family Homes to Multi-Unit Investment Properties.

On the selling side, she works actively with her clients to develop the optimal strategic marketing plan for each property including private showings, open houses, broker tours, as well as utilizing key print and online marketing advertising mediums.

Lisa is a graduate of Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon with a BA in International Relations and Economics. She currently lives in Lincoln Square with her husband, Mark, and three children. She is a volunteer with the American Cancer Society and has assisted in raising millions of dollars in the fight against cancer. She is also actively involved in the Lincoln Square community and volunteer music instructor at Queen of Angels School.
