Joshua first began his real estate career in 2005. Before entering real
estate, He lived abroad in South Korea for over two years, where he
founded a successful English language academy. After returning to
Chicago he was a project manager for Highland Design, an award-winning
developer. At Highland Design he managed the different trades to insure
that their work was done properly, with quality, and in a timely
manner. As a former sales associate with the Mario Greco Group, that
sold over 110 million in 2006, he benefits from having a broad
background in real estate, including new development projects,
investment property, as well as sound experience representing buyers
and sellers.
As a true Chicago native Joshua has a vast and detailed knowledge of
the city’s many neighborhoods. Exploring, and showing new neighborhoods
is one of his most cherished past times. He is experienced and
attentive in helping new and out-of-town buyers find the right place to
put their roots down in Chicago. He is very knowledgeable about the
different Chicago school districts, and has a son attending the Decatur
Classical School. He listens closely to the individual needs of his
clients and works tirelessly to guide them towards the results they
desire.
Joshua currently lives in the Sauganash neighborhood on Chicago’s North-West side with his wife, son and daughter.
